DESCRIPTION:30 minute Great Rivers Greenway walk followed by 30 minutes of all-levels yoga class with Yoga Buzz. \nBring a yoga mat or towel and a full water bottle. Wear comfortable walking shoes and dress for the weather. Bug spray optional. \nEvent will take place at the Mississippi Greenway: Cliff Cave County Park lower trailhead. To get there from Telegraph Road\, turn onto Cliff Cave Road going east (across from Baumgartner Road\, between Valvoline and Circle K). Cliff Cave Road will curve to the left then to the right. Continue for 1.7 miles going past the St. Louis County Transportation lot\, the quarry\, and the upper trailhead. You’ll go beneath the greenway bridge and the road will curve to the left. Then you’ll cross over the railroad and the road will curve to the right. End at the parking lot next to the park pavilion
