DESCRIPTION:Bring your kiddo to MOVE! Ages 4-11 suggested\, but all welcome. Class sign up includes on guardian and one kiddo\, each additional kiddo is $10.\n\nIn this hour-long class\, your instructor will take you through a warmup\, follow-the-leader style dance\, and end class with a cool down and meditation.\n\nBring a yoga mat if you have one (we have plenty to borrow)\, your sneakers\, and water. Not a dancer? No problem! This is a judgement-free zone and most of our clients do not come from a dance background. The only goal is to move our bodies and have fun!\n\nWe do accept walk-ins\, but signing up helps our instructors know a head count. Our classes do sell out so signing up guarantees you a spot in class!
