DESCRIPTION:Join us on September 30th from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m at DOPE for a deeply restorative Sound Healing Journey with the incredibly talented Aria Thomé! \nSound healing is an ancient therapeutic practice that uses vibrational frequencies from instruments like crystal singing bowls\, gongs\, chimes\, and other sacred tools to gently bring the body\, mind\, and spirit back into harmony. These sounds work on a subtle energetic level\, calming the nervous system\, softening stored tension\, and opening up space for emotional release\, clarity\, and deep inner stillness. \nAria will guide the group through an immersive soundscape designed to shift energy\, quiet the mind\, and encourage deep reconnection. Each note and vibration is intentionally played to support healing\, integration\, and nervous system regulation. Expect to leave feeling lighter\, clearer\, and more grounded in your body. \nWhether you’re new to sound healing or returning to the practice\, this session offers a powerful opportunity to reset\, restore\, and simply receive.
