This unique pop-up class is a “3-for-1 special\,” as it’s lead by 3 instructors teaching on 3 different modalities.\n\nYou’ll spend time on one then switching every 25 minutes until you’ve completed the circuit!\n\nJune 2025 Circuit\n1) Pilates Reformer\n2) Pilates Chair\n3) Pilates Mat\n\n\nLindsay Caine\n\n\nPilates Instructor\, Teacher Trainer\n\nA former dancer\, Lindsay appreciates the importance of fitness and balance in mind\, body and spirit. She has played many roles during her 20 years in the health and fitness industry\, including manager\, weight loss and wellness coach\, and in-home trainer.\nLindsay was first exposed to the Pilates method as a dancer back in 2001. She found herself returning to Pilates in 2009 seeking more strength and flexibility after having her 3 daughters. Her passion for health and movement guided Lindsay through completing the Core Center’s intense Pilates teacher training program. In addition to being a PMA certified Pilates Instructor\, Lindsay is Level 1 Healing Touch certified\, trained in barre method with CoreBarre\, and continues her study in the Franklin Method with Eric Franklin.\nLindsay’s love for Pilates comes from being able to work with all types of bodies and body conditions. No matter what your age or if you are starting from a place of disfunction\, pain\, or exceptional strength & fitness—Lindsay will help get your body moving towards maximum efficiency\, flexibility\, and strength!\n\nIn addition to her 3 daughters\, her teaching\, and study of movement science; Lindsay is also responsible for the programming\, scheduling\, and managing of the studios.
