Abby earned both her Doctorate of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Science from the University of Evansville in Indiana. Abby loves supporting women who want to stay active during pregnancy and feel confident returning to exercise. She believes women deserve to move their bodies in ways that feel strong and empowering—without fear of pelvic floor or abdominal symptoms holding them back. Abby is a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES)\, a certification that focuses on safe\, evidence-based movement and exercise strategies for pregnancy\, postpartum recovery\, and return to fitness. This training allows Abby to blend pelvic health physical therapy with functional\, strength-based movement that meets women where they are in their journey. She specializes in treating diastasis recti\, pelvic organ prolapse\, postpartum pelvic pain\, and urinary incontinence. Abby is passionate about pelvic physical therapy being an important part of postpartum care—no matter how far postpartum someone may be. She values building meaningful relationships with her patients and feels honored to help them reach their goals with confidence.
