DESCRIPTION:The Barre STL method is a Barre-based fitness method that takes an athletic approach to the principles of pilates\, yoga\, strength training\, HIIT\, and dance to achieve results you cannot only see\, but feel inside and out. \nIn this 45-minute class\, you can expect combinations of isometric strength-training\, energetic bursts of cardio\, and rejuvenating stretching wrapped into a challenging full-body workout. Don’t be fooled by the 45-minute format! We promise you will still get the amazing total body work as our 60-minute signature class. Your time is very precious\, and we totally GET IT – there are only so many hours in each day. So we want to use your time wisely! In our Express format\, we work efficiently by working in 3-4 combination exercises (*think arm workouts and leg workouts together*) to get you in and out under an hour! \nOur instructors will meet you right where you are; providing the motivation to push you past your limits\, all while encouraging you to be attentive to what your body needs. With continuously evolving routines and upbeat playlists\, they will leave you feeling accomplished and challenged\, yet grounded and empowered. \nIt is our goal to help you fall in love with working out and to make health and fitness a priority and lifestyle!
