DESCRIPTION:  \n*At our WEBSTER Location – 15 S Old Orchard Webster Groves\, 63119** \nBegin your evening with a joyful burst of POMSQUAD at 5pm\, then shift into relaxed and restorative movement during Open Aerial at 6pm\, all accompanied by refreshments to enjoy throughout the night. Admissions are donation based and proceeds will go to toys for tots. Donate either 10\, 15\, 25 or just bring a toy and come dance with us! We’ll be raffling off prizes for those in attendance! \nPOMSQUAD is a super fun\, immensely positive dance fitness class. You’ll shimmy and shake your poms to today’s hits and yesterday’s favorites. Inclusive\, encouraging\, and easy to follow routines are designed to strengthen and tone the body. Featuring a variety of dance styles and unique choreography\, there is something for every type of spirit leader in each and every class. \nOpen Aerial is an opportunity to work independently on the aerial hammock. Unlike our Adult Aerial dance class\, this hour is intentionally casual so you can pop in and out for refreshments as you please. This portion of the event will offer minimal guidance to help you explore a few restorative movements in the hammock. For those who already have aerial as part of their practice\, please bring any moves you wish to work on.
