Expect original songs\, surprise character appearances\, bubbles\, and nostalgic bangers with a hilarious parenting twist!\n\nThe Barre STL method is a Barre-based fitness method that takes an athletic approach to the principles of pilates\, yoga\, strength training\, HIIT\, and dance to achieve results you cannot only see\, but feel inside and out. \nOur instructors will meet you right where you are; providing the motivation to push you past your limits\, all while encouraging you to be attentive to what your body needs.
