Participants are invited to slow down\, drop into presence\, and receive the restorative power of sound and ritual in a supportive group setting. \nThe evening begins with a guided meditation to help ground the body and settle the mind\, followed by the sharing of ceremonial cacao\, traditionally used to encourage heart-centered awareness and connection.
