DESCRIPTION:What: \n\n\n\n\n\nBig Muddy Adventures at the Boathouse is hosting $5 paddle board yoga classes throughout the summer. Our instructors are Amy Lynn Rocca from Amy Lynn Yoga on Friday mornings\, and Beck Lokey and Ally Landwehr from Central West End Yoga on Monday Evenings. \n\n\n\n\nDetails:\n\n\n\n\n\nOur goal with offering low cost yoga and meditation is for as many different people to enjoy the benefits of these classes as possible. With that in mind\, we ask that you book no more than 3 classes at the boathouse and 3 meditation classes at Simpson Lake in one calendar year. \nThe expected class duration is 90 minutes total. This includes 60 minutes of yoga or meditation and 15 minutes before and after class to set up\, paddle to and from the class location\, and put away boards. \nPlease arrive a few minutes before the start of class to check-in\, get situated and store your belongings. Check-in at the rental counter located to the right inside the courtyard at the Boathouse. \nNo late entry. Students arriving 15 minutes after the start time will not be allowed to participate in the class. \nPlease return to the dock directly after class. \nBoards or kayaks (for meditation classes only)\, paddles\, life jackets\, and anchors are provided. BYO props. \nWe recommend storing most of your personal belongings in your car. We’re happy to hold keys and other items in the office during class. With that in mind\, we ask that you book no more than 3 classes at the boathouse and 3 meditation classes at Simpson Lake in one calendar year. \nThe expected class duration is 90 minutes total. This includes 60 minutes of yoga or meditation and 15 minutes before and after class to set up\, paddle to and from the class location\, and put away boards. \nPlease arrive a few minutes before the start of class to check-in\, get situated and store your belongings. Check-in at the rental counter located to the right inside the courtyard at the Boathouse. \nNo late entry. Students arriving 15 minutes after the start time will not be allowed to participate in the class. \nPlease return to the dock directly after class. \nBoards or kayaks (for meditation classes only)\, paddles\, life jackets\, and anchors are provided. With that in mind\, we ask that you book no more than 3 classes at the boathouse and 3 meditation classes at Simpson Lake in one calendar year. \nThe expected class duration is 90 minutes total. This includes 60 minutes of yoga or meditation and 15 minutes before and after class to set up\, paddle to and from the class location\, and put away boards. \nPlease arrive a few minutes before the start of class to check-in\, get situated and store your belongings. Check-in at the rental counter located to the right inside the courtyard at the Boathouse. \nNo late entry. Students arriving 15 minutes after the start time will not be allowed to participate in the class. \nPlease return to the dock directly after class. \nBoards or kayaks (for meditation classes only)\, paddles\, life jackets\, and anchors are provided. BYO props. \nWe recommend storing most of your personal belongings in your car. We’re happy to hold keys and other items in the office during class.
