From this fertile ground\, students are invited to plant seeds of intention that can take root both on and off the mat. This monthly class provides a gentle\, supported space to step away from busyness and turn inward. Through intention setting\, breath awareness\, and guided rotation of consciousness\, participants cultivate clarity and renewal.
