DESCRIPTION:La Forme is excited to partner with Back Pain Center of Wentzville for a special recovery-focused event designed to support how your body feels before\, during\, and after movement. \nOn February 28\, 2026\, from 8:00am–11:00pm\, we’ll be welcoming Dr. Mary Momper\, DC\, MS\, into the studio. Dr. Mary is a rehab-focused chiropractor who works closely with runners and exercise enthusiasts\, with an emphasis on pain reduction\, movement empowerment\, and sport performance. \nThroughout the day\, Dr. Mary will be offering complimentary cupping and hands-on muscle work sessions for La Forme members. These short sessions are designed to help relieve muscle tension before or after class\, increase blood flow to sore or stiff areas\, and promote soft tissue recovery and relaxation following your workout. \nCupping and hands-on muscle work are powerful tools for supporting an active body. By encouraging circulation and easing tight or overworked muscles\, these techniques can help improve recovery\, reduce discomfort\, and leave you feeling more mobile and at ease. \nThis event is also a wonderful opportunity for anyone who is curious about chiropractic care but unsure where to start. Dr. Mary’s approach is thoughtful\, educational\, and movement-forward. She will be available throughout the event to answer questions\, address concerns\, and share insight into what care at her practice looks like – no pressure\, just information and support. \nAt La Forme\, we believe recovery is just as important as the workout itself.
