Inclusive\, encouraging\, and easy to follow classes are designed to strengthen and tone the body. Featuring a variety of dance styles and unique choreography\, there is something for every type of spirit leader in each and every class! \nWe are a safe space for ALL and ALL are welcome to be part of our squad! Ready?! OK! \nPost workout\, we’ll sip & socialize with a disco themed cocktail/mocktail (or more!) Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast\, dancing queen\, or wanting to releaee your inner cheerleader\, this event is perfect for anyone looking to have a good time and a great outing with friends! \nPlease note that this event is reserved for attendees ages 21+.
