No experience needed. This is your chance to try something completely new\, challenge your body in a different way\, and have a lot of fun doing it. \nWhether you’re coming solo or with a friend\, you’ll be guided by an instructor through the basics and leave feeling strong\, capable\, and maybe a little surprised by what you can do. \nThe best part? This event gives back. \nHalf of all proceeds will be donated to the Salvation Army. Katy will be personally taking those funds\, purchasing needed items\, and delivering! \nCome move\, connect\, try something new… and be part of something bigger ? \nAge 13 and up!
