DESCRIPTION:The healing sounds of Tibetan instruments such as drums\, bells\, gongs\, singing bowls\, cymbals\, horns and conch shells permeate the space with resonant medicine\, while TSA LUNG – breathing exercises open the channels and awaken the energy.\nMantras and prayers expand consciousness\, increase awareness and bring peace. \nA silent meditation induces deep relaxation at the conclusion of this transcendent ritual. \nLama Lobsang Palden is an incarnate lama born in eastern Tibet. He studied all aspects of Tibetan Buddhist philosophy and practice at Amdo Tashi Kyil and Kaja To Monasteries in Eastern Tibet. He learned Yantra Yoga and Tibetan Healing Massage from Tibetan doctor Rinzen Geshe Nyima and he inherited intuitive healing gifts from his grandfather\, who was himself healing lama and yogi. Lama is a gifted energy healer who has received His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s blessing and encouragement to practice healing work. He has taught Tibetan Buddhist meditation and Yantra Yoga all over the world currently resides in Palos Park\, IL
