SUMMARY:Full Moon Sound Journey (DONATION BASED)
DESCRIPTION:The full moon is a time of illumination and reflection of our inner worlds\, highlighting what we are hanging on to and what is ready to be released. We will anchor our intention of release through gentle movement\, preparing the body to deeply rest and receive vibrations of the Gong for 40 minutes. Blankets\, pillows and eye pillows are encouraged to support this experience of release and restoration. May we utilize the heightened energies of the full moon to let go of that which is no longer serving. All are welcome.
