DESCRIPTION:As the new year begins\, we joyfully embrace a spirit of Renewal – to live in the present\, to go with the flow\, open to the limitless potential we each hold. Mark presents a blissful immersion into the world of sound and vibration featuring over 20 Tibetan singing bowls\, bells and chimes\, Egyptian sistrum\, indigenous drone flute and mantra vocal. This uplifting session will also venture into a higher dimension with Chiron\, a 32” planetary gong\, particularly its atmospheric tonal qualities\, and include an expanded medicine drumming and sacred chant ritual of grounding and restoration. \nPlease bring your own yoga mat\, blanket\, pillow\, and eye covering (optional). Dress comfortably and bring some water to drink. It’s preferable not to eat for an hour prior.
