DESCRIPTION:Join us for a celebration of the end of darkness and the return of light in a dynamic sound immersion of harmonic resonance. As we reach the Winter Solstice and the darkest time of year\, when the veil between worlds is most accessible\, we can find the gifts the darkness holds and be transported into clear awareness where our own inner light is revealed. \nFeaturing the deep pulsating vibrations of aboriginal didgeridoo\, expansive frequencies of Chiron\, a 32″ planetary gong\, soulful flute\, various chimes and bells\, and over 20 Tibetan singing bowls\, spiritual sound vessels of the Himalayas known for their capacity to induce profound states of balance and clarity. The voice will also be featured in guided meditation and sacred chant to deepen our connection with spirit and align with universal energy. \nThis is a wonderful opportunity to harmonize and balance our lives with positive intention\, having complete faith in our limitless capacity as beings of light to attain our highest potential. \nPlease bring a yoga mat\, blanket\, pillow\, and eye covering (optional). Dress comfortably and bring some water to drink. It’s preferable not to eat for an hour prior.

DESCRIPTION:Resonant Rest is a deeply nourishing sound healing experience that combines personalized one-on-one sound therapy with a continuous\, immersive communal sound bath. Guided by Dr. Aria Thomé and guest facilitators\, each participant receives 10–12 minutes of direct sound work\, including Tibetan singing bowls placed gently on the body (with consent) and tuning forks applied to support energetic balance\, nervous system regulation\, and vibrational healing. As individual sessions unfold\, the space is filled with a steady soundscape of harmonic tones\, allowing everyone to rest in a shared field of resonance. \nThe evening begins with a guided meditation to help you drop in\, and participants are supported with blankets\, bolsters\, and props to create a cocoon of comfort and stillness. This experience invites you to slow down\, receive\, and reconnect. Space is limited to 15 participants. Advance registration encouraged.
