DESCRIPTION:Big Muddy Adventures at Simpson Lake is hosting $5 paddle board yoga and meditation classes throughout the summer. Our instructors are Mandi Gray\, Anthony Strauss and Sara Banks. These classes take place on a paddle board. You are welcome to bring your own board or rent one of ours.
