Enjoy a restorative and exploratory experience of riding the waves of sound\, with the option to receive hands-on care from a Licensed Massage Therapist. \nLet yourself be held and cared for as you journey inward. Give yourself an opportunity to unwind\, process\, and receive. \nYou will be guided by the voice & touch of Maura Lee\, LMT\, as well as a TBA (to be announced) guest facilitator. Each journey is crafted to the energies of the present moment. Various sound healing instruments such as singing bowls\, drums\, vocal toning\, mantras\, Paiste’s 24” Moon Gong\, shakers & chimes will shape the soundscape and the evening’s journey.
