DESCRIPTION:Strength and length\, built in the same breath. 🤍 On Saturday\, May 3\, we’re bringing Katy from @strong.as.a.mother.stl to our Des Peres location for an unforgettable signature workout that blends her small group strength conditioning with our modern reformer Pilates format. \nThe format is simple: half strength training with Katy Ferguson\, half modern reformer Pilates with our own Gwenevere. 25 minutes each\, one seamless hour\, two instructors who actually know how to make the two sides talk to each other. We promise you’ll feel this one in the best ways possible! \nKaty brings the weights. We bring the reformers. You bring a water bottle and maybe a friend who’s been curious about this place. \nSaturday\, May 3rd\, 7:30–8:30am – 24 spots\, 12 per side – $35 – All levels – no prior reformer experience required. Just a willingness to have fun\, work hard\, and enjoy this one-of-a-kind class!
