This session gently guides you into presence\, allowing the wisdom of the season to flow through deep stillness\, surrender\, and reflection. \nFollowing yoga practice\, you will be led into a special candlelit Guided Meditation and inner-light journey — a sacred time for deep self-reflection and inner listening.
