Ideal for intermediate students\, this series will help to establish proper core engagement\, spinal alignment\, and hip stability. \nThis class will start close to the ground and build to a bigger movement\, all incorporating strength around the spine. The series will gradually introduce classical movements from pilates\, then meld flow with yoga.
