Group Run Saturday @ Castlewood

Weekly casual group run hosted by St. Louis Ultrarunners Group. All paces welcome, we usually break into groups, but take it upon yourself to be familiar with the trails. You do not have to be a paid SLUG member to run with us — but we may convince you to join! Typical group distances are 4-6 miles and 10+ miles.
