Exercise has been transformative for me, both mentally & physically, and made me a much happier human being. I‘m a big believer that exercise should be something you look forward to, not dread. My goal is to help others enjoy exercise & have fun with fitness.

Unlike most fitness enthusiasts, I don’t believe in diets or calorie-counting. Food sparks happiness and you shouldn’t feel guilt or shame for indulging in what you love. It’s important to find a healthy balance between food & exercise that make you feel comfortable in your own skin.
