Join us April 24, 25, 26th for a 3-day event celebrating, fitness, community, and local STL businesses!

Location: Francis Park  |  5300 Donovan Ave. St. Louis, MO 63109
*Street parking on Donovan Ave. and Eichelberger St.*
BYO: Yoga Mat and Water
OPTIONAL BYO: Light dumbbells (1-3 lbs.)
WORKOUT SPOT: Concrete area adjacent to Rockwell Beer Garden
The Barre STL method is a Barre-based fitness method that takes an athletic approach to the principles of pilates, yoga, strength training, HIIT, and dance to achieve results you cannot only see, but feel inside and out.
