Did someone say baby goats? Start your Saturday off with some Relaxation and refueling your body, mind, and spirit with Goat Yoga of Southern IL at Ray Schon Park in Glen Carbon Illinois. . This event is unique but I guarantee you will have an amazing time and leave with a smile on your face. This is relaxation with laughter ????The best way to get some self care.

ABSOLUTELY no yoga experience needed. Come expecting to have an amazing time!

Bring your mat or a beach towel or rent one for $5.
