Hiking + Yoga in the Park

Join us for a rejuvenating morning in nature with a unique blend of hiking and yoga!

We’ll begin with a hike around the Lake at The Park at New Melle Lakes where you’ll enjoy fresh air, beautiful landscapes and the calming sounds of nature.

Our hike will lead us along a paved trail for 1 mile until we are back at The Landhaus for a relaxing gentle yoga flow indoors. This event is designed to help you clear your mind, ground your energy and set positive intentions for the week.

Whether you’re an experienced yogi or new to both hiking and yoga, this is a perfect way to find balance, both physically and mentally, while enjoying the peace and serenity of the outdoors.

What to Bring:

I have been hiking and backpacking for the last 7 years and absolutely love it! I love to stay active while at the same time finding stillness through my spiritual practices. Yoga is something I incorporated into my life 9 years ago and have been enjoying the benefits ever since. As a wanderer I love to travel, explore and go on adventures.
