Mini & Me Yoga Class

Join us for a heartwarming and fun-filled experience in our Mini & Me Yoga class! This class is designed for parents and children to connect, play, and grow together through mindful movement, breathwork, and interactive activities. Guided by soothing stories, uplifting songs, and creative play, you and your little one will explore yoga poses and exercises that promote physical, emotional, and mental well-being. It’s a beautiful opportunity to bond while introducing mindfulness, balance, and relaxation in an engaging, playful environment.

Perfect for children ages 3-6, this class nurtures creativity, strengthens connection, and fosters a sense of calm and joy for both parent and child. If able, please wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat, and water. If you do not have a yoga mat, a yoga blanket will be provided to you.
