Mommy & Me Workshop

Bring your little ones for a 30 minute Kids Yoga session led by Y6’s Kara L. Afterward, while the kids play, have a group session led by Professional Counselors Sarah Uffman and Laura Winters, part of Chesterfield Counseling Associates. $20 for guests, $15 for members. Suggested ages 5 and younger (older kids welcome, Dads can come too)
