Sacred Wisdom Yoga with Dianna Lucas

Yoga is scheduled for every Monday and Wednesday at 6pm, Saturdays and Sundays at 10am. A challenging and relaxing combination of vinyasa (flow) and restorative asana with modifications for all levels inspired by the alignment principles of Anusara. Bring a yoga mat.
