Grand Basin Yoga is celebrating it’s 19th year of accessible community yoga!

Mondays and Wednesdays – Sunset flow at 6pm (with Dianna Lucas)
Tuesdays Sunset Flow at 6pm (with Rose Pelosi)
Saturdays and Sundays New Time 8am (with Dianna Lucas)

Outdoor location = The Grand Basin in Forest Park. Our space is open air, prepare for the weather. Please dress comfortably. Indoor location available for inclement weather = FK Studio 2745 Locust St, St. Louis, MO, United States, 63103.

Expect a challenging and relaxing combination of vinyasa (flow) and restorative asana with modifications for all levels. Bring a yoga mat.

Class cards are available for purchase via Venmo, or you can pay on site with cash.
