Details:
Our goal with offering low cost yoga and meditation is for as many different people to enjoy the benefits of these classes as possible. With that in mind, we ask that you book no more than 3 classes at Forest Park and 3 meditation classes at Simpson Lake in one calendar year.
The expected class duration is 90 minutes total. This includes 60 minutes of yoga or meditation and 15 minutes before and after class to set up, paddle to and from the class location, and put away boards.
Please arrive a few minutes before the start of class to check-in, get situated and store your belongings.
