$20The Barre STL method is a Barre-based fitness method that takes an athletic approach to the principles of pilates, yoga, strength training, HIIT, and dance to achieve results you cannot only see, but feel inside and out.
In this 45-minute class, you can expect combinations of isometric strength-training, energetic bursts of cardio, and rejuvenating stretching wrapped into a challenging full-body workout.
Our instructors will meet you right where you are; providing the motivation to push you past your limits, all while encouraging you to be attentive to what your body needs. With continuously evolving routines and upbeat playlists, she will leave you feeling accomplished and challenged, yet grounded and empowered.
