Bathed in the pure, resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation and meditation. This sonic journey clears energetic blockages, calms the mind, and promotes emotional balance—leaving you feeling grounded, renewed, and vibrationally aligned for the week ahead.

No experience needed. Just bring your body, your breath, and an open heart. Mats and props are available—feel free to bring your own blanket or eye mask for extra comfort.
