**Free Tai Chi Class for Fall Prevention**

Join Strive 2 Fitness for a free Tai Chi session designed to improve balance, flexibility, and overall well-being while reducing the risk of falls. These gentle, flowing movements are perfect for enhancing strength and stability, especially for those looking to prevent falls and maintain independence.

**Class Details:**

 **South Location:** 4650 Chippewa St. – Every 2nd and 4th Friday of the month

 **North Location:** 1315 Albert Blvd. – Every 1st and 3rd Friday of the month

– **Time:** 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Come and experience the calming benefits of Tai Chi in a supportive and welcoming environment. Whether you’re new to Tai Chi or have prior experience, this class is open to all skill levels.
