Join us for a group run every Wednesday!

The Metro Milers are a non-competitive running and walking club in the St. Louis Metro-East area that was founded in 2007. We are members of the Road Runners Club of America, and each year host the region’s premier event, the Route 66 10K. Our group meets weekly to train, participates in local events as racers and volunteers, and offers member only benefits such as social events and discounts with local and national brand partners.
