Womens Mini Retreat in the Park
This mini retreat led by Ashley Schroeder and Ashley Scheithauer, offers a rejuvenating Sunday in nature with a balanced blend of hiking, yoga, nourishment, and intentional living!
We’ll begin with an opening circle then a hike around the Lake at The Park at New Melle Lakes where you’ll enjoy fresh air, beautiful landscapes and the calming sounds of nature.
Our hike will lead us along a paved trail for 1 mile until we are back at The Landhaus for an all-levels yoga practice designed to meet you exactly where you are. This session will be shaped intuitively based on the needs of the group, inviting gentle movement, breath awareness, and embodied presence.
Afterward, deepen your connection to the present moment through a hands-on nourishment workshop. Together, we’ll prepare fresh spring rolls while exploring the mindful art of preparing and eating food with intention. Through conversation, sensory awareness, and shared practice, we’ll explore how food can be a portal into presence, gratitude, and self-care.
Next we dive deep- into empowerment, through radical self-inquiry and transformative layers of shadow work, honest reflection, and personal reclamation. During this empowerment workshop you will be guided through journal prompts, self-inquiry, meditation and sound healing.
After feeling restored and grounded, we’ll come together in a closing circle to hold space for connection, support, and intentional reflection.
What to Bring:
• Journal
• A yoga mat
• Water bottle
• Preferred sun protection and bug repellant ( Natural encouraged 🙂
What to Wear:
• Comfortable shoes
• Dress in comfortable layers ( this is a blend of indoor/outdoor activities )

Hi, I’m Ashley!
I have been hiking and backpacking for the last 7 years and absolutely love it! I love to stay active while at the same time finding stillness through my spiritual practices. Yoga is something I incorporated into my life 9 years ago and have been enjoying the benefits ever since. As a wanderer I love to travel, explore and go on adventures. I love to hold space for empowering other women and would love to see you at my next event!
