Join us for an evening of Yoga Nida, Breath Meditation & Sound. Ease your body, mind, and spirit into a deep state of relaxation, meditation, and mindfulness. Learn to connect with the present mind and release tension as you practice what is often called “yogic sleep.”
This is not a movement-based “yoga” class. Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation technique that brings you into a state of conscious sleep. The body is completely relaxed, yet the mind is awake and alert.
We will begin with a breath meditation to allow yourself to drop into your body. Then lie back, snuggle in, and fall into relaxed awareness as we lead you through a mini sound bath, then journey into a silent Yoga Nidra practice.
Experience the deep, grounding rhythms from the buffalo drum. Its powerful vibrations invite a sense of safety, stability, and inner awakening.
Enjoy the pure, high-frequency energy of the crystal pyramid. Its shimmering tones create an atmosphere of transcendence and inner clarity, clearing stagnant emotions and realigning your body’s natural energy flow.
Immerse yourself in waves of soothing, celestial sound with crystal singing bowls. Each pure tone harmonizes the mind, body, and spirit, promoting deep relaxation, emotional release, and energetic realignment. Experience the expansive, resonant tones of the chau gong as they wash over you like ocean waves, dissolving stress and tension. Conclude with the delicate and enchanting sounds of koshi chimes as their gentle melodies dance through the air, lifting your spirit and inviting deep peace and childlike wonder.
