Hi, my name is Natalie Kalmar and I’m glad your are here. Exercise has been transformative for me, both mentally & physically. I‘m a big believer that exercise should be something you look forward to, not dread. I started this blog to help others find new ways to move your body & live with joy.
I love testing out new fitness classes & studios, and will share my learnings along the way. I’m not like most fitness enthusiasts you may have met… I don’t believe in diets or calorie-counting. Food sparks happiness and you shouldn’t feel guilt or shame for indulging in what you love. It’s important to find a healthy relationship between food & fitness that make you feel comfortable in your own skin.
