**BRICK BY BRICK: Step Aerobics Small Group Training**
You do not need another boring workout you have to force yourself through. You need music, energy, people on the same mission, and a workout that leaves you feeling accomplished.
Brick by Brick is a hype, high-intensity step aerobics workout designed to help you burn fat, build muscle, improve endurance, and release some stress while catching a vibe with your bestie.
We will use step combinations, strength movements, and full-body conditioning to help you:
* Burn calories and support weight-loss goals
* Tone and strengthen your legs, glutes, core, and upper body
* Build stamina, coordination, and confidence
* Stay consistent with a small, supportive group
* Have fun while doing the work
**When:** Tuesdays at 6:00 PM
**Starting:** This Tuesday and every Tuesday 6Pm
**Where:** 2650 Locust Street, St. Louis, MO
**Cost:** $10 per class
**Bring:** BYOB—bring your own two-hole cement brick—or a step platform
All body types and fitness levels are welcome. Movements can be modified, but come ready to move, sweat, and work.
Water, towels, protein powder and great vibes and encouragement will be provided.
Space is limited because this is small-group training.
