Join @tranquilgrowthyoga, @yinyangyogastl @auroraglowamber for a celebration in gathering of the Fall Equinox with our beautiful practice of 108 Sun Salutations (modifications will always be provided /listen to your body /you may always sit or take a child’s pose)????
