Starting with an explanatory breath to get our bodies ready for a 50-Minute dynamic, full-body Reformer class designed for everybody! Whether you’re new to Pilates or a seasoned pro, you’ll enjoy flowing sequences that build strength, flexibility, and control—with options to modify or challenge yourself.

Then we will shift into 3 rounds of ice + sauna​ contrast therapy. Come move, breathe, and embrace la dolce vita of Pilates!

We felt the need to share that normally a reformer class is $35. Fire + Ice Flows are $40 so you can’t beat this for $50 per person. And for those who have a B&E gift card ???? great time to use it!
