This month, join Joe as he guides you through a meditation on the nature of the Self using the So’ham mantra. So’ham, which means “I am That” in Sanskrit, is chanted to invoke harmony in body, breath, mind, and spirit. You are warmly invited to this experience of peace and harmony, and to give yourself the gift of discovering multiple dimensions of yourself.
