Whether you’re new to breathwork or a seasoned practitioner, this session offers a safe and supportive space to nurture yourself and rediscover the ability to love who you are.

Please do not eat for 2 hours prior to the session. Bring layers/blankets/comfortable clothing, along with your yoga mat and an open mind. The session is from 3:30-4:45 p.m.
