Whether you’re new to yoga, returning after time away, or looking for a more supported approach, Chair Yoga offers an accessible, empowering way to build strength, stability, and body awareness using a chair as your foundation. This practice is especially supportive for those with limited mobility, recovering from injury, or navigating conditions where getting up and down from the floor may not feel accessible. Through intentional movement (asana) and breathwork (pranayama), you’ll develop coordination, balance, and a deeper connection between body and mind. Each posture is designed to be adaptable, allowing you to move at your own pace while still experiencing the benefits of a well-rounded practice. This class supports joint health, circulation, and nervous system regulation, helping to reduce stress and restore a sense of ease in the body. Over time, you’ll build confidence in your movement, improve functional strength, and feel more grounded, capable, and at home in your body.
