His NEW pop-up Vinyasa Flow classes at Majestic Dance Studio are a blend of thoughtful movement, anatomy-based teaching, and wisdom that goes far beyond the mat. Emmet brings decades of experience to each class, weaving in anatomy, alignment, and the deeper purpose of yoga. He makes yoga fun & challenging!
