Proud to announce I have found a beautiful space for yoga and sound at @badbellabakery 🍪 Aubry and I have been hard at work, brainstorming and planning to create a magical session for everyone, incorporating the power of breath to movement and the serenity of the sea.
Class is donation-based, and will be on most Thursday evenings 6-7:30 PM (plus Sat 12/13 9 AM for the grand opening!). Hope you’ll join us!
