Bring yourself, a yoga mat and come flow for this donation-based Gental Ocean Yoga class at Bad Bella Bakery hosted by Mermaid Waterlily.

Guided Meditation, Gentle Vinyasa Flow & Saltwater Soundbath. Check all the dates Nov – February. Expect a magical session incorporating the power of breath to movement and the serenity of the sea.
Class is donation-based, and will be on most Thursday evenings 6-7:30 PM (plus Sat 12/13 9 AM for the grand opening!).
