Learn to Run Program

Our Learn to Run Program is designed for beginner runners. Over six weeks, participants will build confidence, endurance, and consistency through a structured run/walk approach. Our goal is to create a welcoming environment where new runners feel supported every step of the way.

Program Goals:

  • Help participants develop a sustainable running habit.
  • Provide education on running form, injury prevention, and recovery.
  • Foster a sense of community and support.

Program Focus:

  • Teach proper warm-up, cool-down, and dynamic stretching routines.
  • Offer guidance on running form, breathing techniques, and pacing.
  • Motivate participants and celebrate milestones, big and small.
  • Monitor participants’ progress and provide individualized encouragement.

This program is about more than just running — it’s about building community, confidence, and a lifelong love for the sport.
